I didn’t think aesthetics was my calling when I trained as a medical esthetician many moons ago in Poland, where I grew up. After I moved to the United States and began working with Marcia Kilgore, the founder of Bliss Spa, in the late nineties, I realized my constant curiosity, perfectionism and work ethic drove me to excel at fixing skin problems. Over the course of my career, I have treated tens of thousands of faces, spanning every possible ethnicity, skin type and skin condition.
All this experience led to the epiphany that is the genesis for True Two All. The bottom line is: Skin is skin. Its function is the same for everyone. Sophia and I wanted to create simple skincare that everyone can use, distilled into two products that protect and nurture skin and will do no harm — to your face or to the planet. I believe in freedom and joy in the world, love for animals and our planet, and peace in the bathroom so you can find your life outside of it.
My professional journey with skincare began with the personal. I developed adult acne in my late twenties, a frustrating and devastating experience, especially since I had escaped the teen acne nightmare. I sought solutions at every spa and dermatologist in New York City, and eventually took matters into my own hands. I immersed myself in skincare education, learning ingredients and functionality, testing and trying everything.
Agnieszka and I met when I opened my own medical spa with my former partner, a physician. We served women and men, who sought results and wanted to feel better about themselves. We continue this mission with True Two All, designed to create simple, effortless skincare that eliminates confusion for the customer. My personal journey has led me to appreciate ease and simplicity. Through True Two All, we offer uncomplicated, effective skincare that creates more time for living joyfully.
